This product will solve a major issue in the ECU!

As you may or may not know, the MEMS ECU in the Lotus Elise S1 or Exige S1 controls the radiator fan. If the temperature reaches 105°C, the fan will kick in and will try to simulate the air you normally flow through the radiator when moving.
On itself, nothing is wrong with that, but after some inspired driving on a warm day, you will not need too much time before the coolant temperature reaches this 105°C. The fan kicks in and switches off at 102°C again.

Although the coolant system is pressurised, one has to be realistic and see that the temperature range in which the fan operates is well above the boiling point of water!
Switching off the engine might very well result in Headgasket Failures over time!

This microcontroller driven device will be wired into the Stack display loom and will directly control the radiator fan at the time YOU want it. The big advantage here is that you can set the fan to kick in at a lower overall coolant temperature, but by using the switch which is fitted in the column shroud, you can set the kick-in temperature at each moment you want to!
