This brand new alternator is an original replacement unit for all cars with a K-series engine.

The electronics on the back of this unit are exposed to rather high temperatures of the exhaust manifold which is only a couple of millimetres away! The exhaust manifold will become red hot within minutes after you start driving you car, so you can imagine what the electronics of the alternator has to cope with.

While you're at it, it's smart to replace the Alternator Belt as well as the Heatshield. Both items can be found in our shop.


We now deliver the more robust Elise S2 Alternator for the Elise S1. The only difference is with the plug for which we supply a converter plug.
