We do everything we can to stock our ‘own’ products.
However, we do depend on supply lines and we do depend on our suppliers, so sometimes a product might not be in stock.
Original Lotus parts are marked in the product description as such and need to be ordered at Lotus.
Unfortunately this takes time and Lotus certainly doesn’t have all 60.000+ listed items in stock.
On average it takes 3-4 weeks until stock items arrive in our warehouse.
If a product isn’t in stock at Lotus, it may take from 4 weeks to months, Lotus don’t usually predict delivery times.
Your history is stored in your personal account.

Yes! We do all we possibly can to maintain an acceptable stock level of our own products.
Original Lotus products however are not stocked as standard. They are normally bought after you place an order.
We do however stock some of the Lotus products, those can be found in the normal product categories.
We ship worldwide!
If it’s a single washer or a complete body-kit, we will be able to ship it.
We are using courier companies such as UPS and DPD. If you’d order an oversize product we will check the actual dimensions and most of the time we will use a transport company to send the product(s) out on a pallet.
Whilst using courier companies we encourage our customers to use an address of which you know someone will be available to accept the parcel. It makes life a lot easier for everyone.
