When replacing disc rotors, we strongly suggest to replace the fasteners as wel.
Main reason for this is because the fasteners have gone through a lot of heat cycles, which will eventually change the metal characteristics of the product.

Better be safe than sorry!
Torque setting for these: 11Nm
